RETURNS POLICY

TST is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags. With the original receipt you may also return flawless products for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 28 days of the date your order was shipped. Any delivery fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

 

Return Instructions

  1. Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order, if you do not have one you can download a returns form here:- 

  2. Ensure your return products are well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom on this page (see Return Terms and Guidelines).

  3. Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (like Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

  4. Enclose the completed returns form with your goods, and return to the following address:

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a TST credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

 

Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned item(s) must be :
    - Unworn
    - Unwashed
    - Original tags still attached
    - Original packaging provided

  • All Items(s) must be in original resalable condition and well packaged, so that item(s) are not damaged in the post

  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons socks and underwear cannot be returned, if removed from their original packaging

  • When returning footwear please ensure the original shoebox is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for item(s) damaged or lost

 

  • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods. Failure to add the return form may result in your return not being processed

 

  • Please note, returns that are not authorised will not be processed

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS,’ to avoid any customs charges. TST is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred.

 

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the products returned. We require up to 10 business days after receiving the returned products. 

Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the original account. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
